During the first year you’re covered by our one-year limited warranty which includes workmanship. This means that Your Home will be free from Defects in materials. The second year your Home will be free from Defects in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical distribution system. Halifax Homes offers the 2-10 Home Buyers warranty. Our warranty offers “2” years of coverage for major systems and “10” years of coverage for all structural defects.
